We currently offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. For standard shipments, please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. Estimated standard delivery within the US is 5-7 business days once shipped. 

Once your SAUNA pieces have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are currently shipped from Brooklyn, NY.

We also offer expedited 2-day shipping available at check out. Expedited shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping destination. Our regular order processing time still applies for expedited shipments, however we will do our best to process your order as soon as possible.


We offer international shipping to select regions with rates based on location available at checkout. Please contact us at if you have any issues as we may have to create your order for you manually.

International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location. They may incur taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. The total purchase price may not include taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. We are not responsible for any delays and fees applied to international shipments.


If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order once shipped.


Please ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered correctly upon checkout. Contact us at as soon as possible should you catch a mistake. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery has been received but we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 To start a return, you can contact us at Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 A return fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping and processing.


We accommodate exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at to start the return and exchange process however the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This may take 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


We offer preorders on select items. Preorders require payment to be made at checkout. Please kindly note that preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. Although we will try our best to give an exact estimate on the product page, ship dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. We will ship your order as soon as the preordered item becomes available.


Discount codes and promotions are applied per order and cannot be combined with or applied to previous purchases or future orders. We do not offer rain checks and are unable to make manual adjustments on previous orders placed.
